You will get the cash reward ($10 off any purchase) if you spend over $250/month and the reward can only be withdrawn at the end of the month. This doesn’t sound nice at all, right?
With quite few benefits, JCPenney credit card payment doesn’t attract lots of people. However, it is quite easy to get (especially for people with bad credit).
